Being a Customer Success Manager at Silverfin means helping clients to reach their goals by adopting our technology. Your aim is to optimise the customer experience and create long term client relationships. How? By pro-actively managing the entire customer lifecycle: from onboarding to the adoption phase, from grow to renewal. To be good at it, you have to like providing customer service. You do? That’s really all that matters to us.

Support first line customer questions via chat and phone
Work closely together with developers and technical support staff to find the best solution for the customer
Assist and guide clients to successfully implement our software
Relate proactively with clients to grow the usage of Silverfin
Serve as a brand enthusiast for Silverfin products and solutions
